	Cancellations
	Deposits are refunded IF notice of cancellation is received 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. A $20.00 processing fee will be withheld from deposit for each canceled room reservation. We reserve the right to hold your entire deposit if LESS than 14 days are given for cancellation.
